Valveins ED Series

ED.jpg

Valveins easy-e ED valves are available in ball valves and angle valves. This single-port control valve features a balanced plug design, cage guides and metal-to-metal seats, making it suitable for all conventional applications over a wide range of process pressure drops and temperatures.

Valveins ET Series

ET.jpg

Valveins easy-e™ ET, EAT and ETR universal control valves can be used for throttling and on/off control of a wide range of liquids and gases. All three valve designs feature single-seat, balanced valve plugs and cage guides. Metal-to-PTFE seals meet stringent shutoff requirements and are standard on all valves except Cavitrol™ III cages. Metal-sealed seats for high-temperature applications are standard on valves equipped with Cavitrol III cages and are optional on all other valves. By using a PEEK anti-extrusion ring in conjunction with a spring-loaded PTFE seal, the temperature limit of the ET valve can be increased to Above 232°C (450°F).

Valveins EZ Series

EZ.jpg

Valveins easy-e™ EZ valves are used for throttling or on/off control of a variety of liquids and gases. The single-seat, straight-way valve body design facilitates quick replacement of valve trim and a column-guided unbalanced valve core. EZ valves are used in chemical or hydrocarbon processing applications, or where control of non-lubricating, viscous, or otherwise difficult-to-handle liquids is required. The standard seal for all general applications is metal-to-metal over a wide range of pressure drops or temperatures. seal. For applications requiring tight shutoff, metal-to-PTFE seals are available.

Valveins HP Series

HP.jpg

Valveins HP Series control valves are single-way, high-pressure, globe or angle valves with metal seats, cage pilots and push-down closing spools. These valves are designed for high pressure applications in process control industries such as power generation, hydrocarbon production, chemical processing and refining

Valveins 657 & 667 Actuator

667.jpg

Valveins 657 and 667 actuators are designed to ensure stable on/off or throttling operation of control valves. These spring-balanced diaphragm actuators respond to changing pneumatic output signals from a controller or valve positioner to determine the position of the valve spool. The 657 actuator is a direct-acting actuator; the 667 actuator is a reaction-acting actuator.

The performance and simplicity of the FIELDVUE DVC2000 meter lets your operation run closer to set point, improving product quality with more accurate control. Using FIELDVUE performance diagnostics, valve operation will be monitored online to evaluate performance and reliability.

67C Series direct-operated regulators and filter regulators are typically used to provide constantly controlled, reduced pressures to pneumatic and electropneumatic controllers and other instruments. These are suitable for most air or gas applications. Other applications include providing reduced pressures to air chucks, air jets, and spray guns.

1098 Series

Types 1098-EGR and 1098H-EGR regulators provide economical and accurate pressure control in a wide variety of applications; natural gas distribution systems; fuel gas supply to industrial boilers, furnaces, ovens, and mixers; and large commercial / industrial establishments such as shopping centers and schools. They are also used in plant air service and in liquid service.

Packing Repair Kits

Standard packing arrangements are available for use on all sliding‐stem style valves. The packing comes in a variety of materials for specific applications. In addition, packing materials can be ordered in three arrangements: single, double, and leak‐off. A brief description of each is given below.
